The beach a down from the house at Waddy Point is a great spot to hang out and it is great for younger children with little shallow saltwater lagoons that appear everyday from half tide.

Located just south of Waddy Point and north of champagne pools. Secret beach is a nice spot to visit where you can be safe from cars and let your children roam free. It’s a great place to explore with lots of beautiful rock formations. Head down at Dusk to see thousands of crabs roaming the beach in your headlights!

A great day trip from Orchid beach. The 4wding can be challenging around Nkgala rocks cutting especially at busy periods. High clearance experienced 4wd access only here. Best to travel with friends.  Sandy Cape offers picture-perfect remote island beaches with steep sand dunes that enter into an inland desert. The wind washes away yesterday’s footprints so you can feel like the only person that has ever
been there!

This is a great day or half-day trip from the house. The waters are a perfect blue and at low tide, you can walk for a kilometre along the white
sand.
