Orchid Blue Cancellation Policy
1. Direct Booking (Lowest Fees)
Deposit: 50% at time of booking, remainder due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations 30+ days before check-in: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in: No refund.
2. Vrbo / Stayz (Firm Policy)
Full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus service fee) if cancelled 30–60 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
3. Airbnb (Strict Policy)
Full refund (minus Airbnb service fees) if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and check-in is more than 14 days away.
50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
